1. The short version

Nothing optional loads until you allow it. On a first visit our consent platform, CookieYes, asks you once, with refusing offered as plainly as accepting. Until you choose, no analytics script is requested and the external review wall stays unloaded. You can change your choice whenever you like throughCookie settings in the footer of every page, which reopens the same CookieYes panel you saw first.

2. Who asks the question

The notice, the preference panel and the record of what you chose are all handled byCookieYes, a consent management platform, acting as our processor. It is the only such platform on this site: there is no second banner and no separate first-party record, so there is only ever one answer and one place to change it. Loading the panel involves a request to CookieYes, which receives your consent choice, an identifier it generates for that choice, the domain you gave it on, and your IP address for the purpose of working out which rules apply where you are. Their own privacy notice covers what they do with it.

If a deployment of this site has no CookieYes key configured, no platform loads at all. In that case every optional category stays refused, so analytics and the review wall are never requested. The same is true if an extension or ad blocker stops CookieYes loading: refusal is the default and nothing overrides it.

3. Strictly necessary

This category keeps the site working and remembers what you decided. It cannot be switched off, because switching it off would mean asking you the same question on every page.

• cookieyes-consent — set by CookieYes to hold your choice: an identifier for the consent record, whether you have answered, and one yes or no per category. It holds no name, no email address and nothing you typed. Typical lifetime one year, after which you are asked again.
• Hosting and security — our host records ordinary request data in its server logs to keep the site available. That is not a cookie and is not used to track you across sites.

4. Analytics, only if you allow it

If you allow the Analytics category, and only then, we load Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages do their job. It runs with Google Consent Mode: advertising storage, ad user data and ad personalisation stay denied at all times, and we run no advertising or remarketing tags of any kind. We send the page address without its query string and with no referrer, so nothing you typed or clicked through can arrive with it. If analytics is not switched on for a given deployment, allowing this category simply loads nothing.

• _ga — distinguishes one browser from another so repeat visits are not counted twice. Typical lifetime 2 years.
• _ga_CONTAINER — one cookie per GA4 property, named after the measurement id. It holds the session state Google Analytics needs to group your page views into a visit. Typical lifetime 2 years.

If you later turn Analytics off, we set Google's analytics consent back to denied, delete those cookies where your browser lets us, and request nothing further from Google for the rest of that visit. 5. The review wall, and the Functional category

Client reviews are shown in a wall embedded from Testimonial.to. We treat it as part of the page rather than an optional extra, so it loads the way the rest of the page does: your browser requests it from their service as the wall approaches the screen, and anything stored from inside their frame is governed byTestimonial.to's own privacy notice rather than ours. The link opens in a new tab. The Functional category in the consent panel therefore switches nothing on this site today: no content here waits behind it.

6. Changing your mind

Select Cookie settings in the footer of any page to reopen the CookieYes panel and change any category, including turning everything optional back off. The change takes effect immediately: nothing waits for a reload. Clearing your browser storage for this site also clears the decision, and you will simply be asked again on your next visit. Refusing has no effect on anything you can read or send here.
