Made4Fighters
Catalogue structure, storefront development and continuing store work for a wide multi-brand combat-sports retailer.

Shopify and custom websites
We start with what it needs to achieve, then build the right Shopify store, migration, application or lead-generation website around it.
Built by people who operate ecommerce businesses as well as build them.
Services
The requirement decides the format. We do not assume a new website is the answer before we understand the problem.
New stores and substantial rebuilds, structured around how the range is bought and how the team trades it.
02Messaging, structure and enquiry routes built around the decision a qualified buyer needs to make.
03Products, customers, history, URLs and integrations moved as one trading change, not treated as a reskin.
04Private software for merchant workflows, fulfilment rules and buying models that off-the-shelf apps cannot hold.
05Prioritised design, development and conversion work for stores that need steady progress after launch.

Our approach
A brief often starts with the visible symptom. We trace it back to the commercial and operational problem, then decide whether the useful answer is a theme, a migration, a focused improvement or a better handover.
The theme may be part of it. Often the bigger gains are in navigation, catalogue structure and merchandising, so customers reach the right products faster.
Design is only one workstream. Data mapping, integrations and trading continuity decide whether the new store can launch without losing orders or history.
The answer may be a more workable theme, a proper handover or clearer operational ownership. The team should be able to make routine changes without starting another rebuild.

How we work
Four stages, the same every time, whether it is a store, a migration, an app or a website.
Stage 01
Work out what the site has to achieve commercially, then look at the customer path, the catalogue, the systems and the operation behind it.
Stage 02
Agree the smallest sensible piece of work that fixes it, with what is in, what is out and who does what written down.
Stage 03
Build the agreed work, test the journeys that carry the money, and launch with the operational risks covered rather than discovered.
Stage 04
Hand it over properly. Monthly support is a separate service, used only where there is real work worth prioritising after launch.
Send the store or site and the problem behind it. If the useful answer is smaller than you expected, we will say so.
